If you are eligible to receive benefits related free school meals for your child(ren) from reception to year 11 then you can register and book onto the Rutland HAF scheme.
Benefits-related free school meals are available to children, if as a parent/carer you are receiving one of the qualifying benefits listed on the Gov.uk website and have your claim verified by school or local authority. You can check your eligibility and how to apply for free school meals on the gov.uk website.
Some activities may have certain criteria such as specific age groups, please check your child is eligible for the activity when booking on your chosen session(s).
All eligible children and young people need to be signed up and registered on the Rutland HAF website and booking system to take part. We will send a letter via schools of each eligible child 3 to 4 weeks before the start of Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays. If you're not sure how to sign up, check out our Frequently Asked Questions page.
The letter will provide information about the Rutland HAF Holiday programme as well as other support which may be available to you.
If you are new to the Rutland HAF holiday programme please sign up as a new user on the website and then register your child/ren’s details.
If you have previously registered please log-on and update you and your child‘s personal information, your emergency contact and your email address.
Once you have registered, the Rutland HAF team will tell you by email approximately two weeks before the start of the holiday period to book on the activities you would like your child/ren to attend.
